Motion filed by Oklahoma Attorney-General to vacate conviction of death row inmate

Oklahoma’s Attorney-General has recently filed a motion in the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals to vacate the conviction of death row inmate, Richard Glossip.

This motion comes after a review by an independent counsel of the investigation, trial, sentencing and appeals process. The report that followed noted multiple issues with his case and recommended his conviction be vacated, and a new trial be granted.
