Event: Does Queensland need a modern slavery act?

Members and supporters may be interested in the following upcoming event being hosted by the TJ Ryan Foundation.

On 25 July 2024, the TJ Ryan Foundation is looking to host a lunchtime seminar at Queensland Parliament House. The topic of the seminar discussion is "Does Queensland need a modern slavery act?"

The event is a collaboration with Freedom Hub, Red Cross and the Queensland Human Rights Commission, and the seminar will be chaired by Stephen Keim SC.
