‘Junk Science’ and the Death Penalty

Robert Roberson is facing execution in Texas on the basis of ‘shaken baby syndrome’. This theory has now been firmly debunked as ‘junk science’, but unfortunately his petition to the US Supreme Court has recently been denied, with no explanation.
